OLDIE, BUT GOODIE: THE NIGHT HAS EYES

THIS
BLOG ENTRY IS ABOUT THE MEN THAT SAID THEY WERE ‘STRAIGHT’ WITH THEIR MOUTHS,
BUT THEIR ACTIONS & CURIOSITY SAID
SOMETHING ELSE. FROM I KNEW ABOUT MY ‘GAY’ SELF, MEN THAT I’VE WORKED WITH
ALWAYS FOUND A WAY TOTEASE OR PLAY AROUND WITH ME. NOW I DON’T MIND THAT, BUT
DO YOU THINK THEY KNOW THAT MEANS THE SEX THAT I HAVE IS SOMETHING YOU WANT TO
KNOW ABOUT? I KNOW MANYWOULD SAY, OH THEY ARE JUST BEING FRIENDLY, BUT LIVING
IN THE SOCIETY I LIVE,THAT ISN’T AN OPTION! FOR IN THE BAHAMAS I WISH I COULD
SAY THAT 1/10 ISCOMFORTABLE WITH HOMOSEXUALITY AMONG MEN BUT, IT IS MORE LIKE
1/1,000,000 ANDWE JUST UNDER 400,000 IN POPULATION. HOWEVER THIS BLOG ENTRY
DOES MAKE ME SEEHOW THERE ARE GAY MEN OUT THAT DON’T HIDE THEMSELVES, THAT SORT
OF PARADE THEMSELVES IN FRONT OF MEN THAT PRETEND TO HATE WHAT THEY THINK THEY
ARE.

Gay men are the
guardians of the masculine impulse. To have anonymous sex in a dark alleyway is
to pay homage to the dream of male freedom. The unknown stranger is a wandering
pagan god. The altar, as in pre-history is anywhere you kneel. Hence SAME-SEX
PRONE MEN are creatures of habit, whether it’s work, play or something
in between. We play with fire and LOVE the burn; it makes us
feel as if we are on top of the world. We dangle on that bridge and leap off
right before it falls staring the DEVIL in the eye. We
live hard we play hard! AND WE ENTICE THOSE THAT WANT TO BE US, THOSE
THAT WANT TO BE WITH US…THOSE THAT WANT TO KNEEL AT THE ALTAR BUT ARE TOO
AFRAID TO ADMIT IT! I AM TALKIN ABOUT THOSE MEN THAT SECRETLY WANT TO HAVE THE
HOLIST EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER MAN…but are conflicted by the world and
their hearts.
